Conditions

• I treat all of my clients and their queries with respect and non-judgment. I do not discriminate, based upon religion, race, nationality, gender or anything else. We are all souls with a human body and are equal parts of humanity.   

• I will always do my best to interpret the messages I am receiving from my intuition in the most empowering and constructive way possible. 

• I believe tarot & oracle cards are a divine tool to use in letting us know what areas are holding us up, and what areas we are excelling in so that we have a visual road map of how best to proceed forward. The key is, to not give your power away to the cards. The power to transform your life lies within you.   

•  The future is not carved in stone. It is fluid based upon your current actions/energies/lessons & beliefs in life. Although I may offer my intuition & hunches on the matter, it should not interfere with the free will of the Client.  Any decisions or actions made by the Client as a result of the Tarot reading are the sole responsibility of the Client. 

• I am a spiritual being that believes in the Law of Attraction. I believe we are powerful creators of our life and that each and every one of us is responsible for where we are in life based on patterns of beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. As difficult as that may sound when we are experiencing a challenging time in our life, it can also be very empowering because when we realize that the power lies within our conscious “Choice” of thoughts and beliefs, it can bring around positive change in our current reality.    

• Although I am a highly gifted reader, with great intuition and empathic abilities, my forte is helping to empower you as a powerful creator of your own life, focusing on Spiritual expansion & growth. My role is one more in alignment with a friend or a mentor as I am a HeartMath® Certified Mentor. (A mentorship that aligns your heart with your mind. Www.heartmath.org) 

• I choose not to do predictive/fortune telling type of readings as I believe in the power of free will. 

• I choose not to do third party readings as well, as we can never guess anothers emotions or actions, we only have control over ourselves.  

• Questions pertaining to legal matters, medical/health advice, pregnancies, psychological or financial advice will be referred to the appropriate professionals of that field.

• I find that Spirit doesn't always answer our questions exactly as we would like. Therefore I cannot offer 100% accuracy. I have learned to trust in the symbiosis, magic, & mystery in life, knowing that regardless of the turnout, we have all the tools & information we need to succeed & that overthinking can sometimes get in the way of love & trust.   

• Tarot cards display images & symbols that reflect stages of life we are all familiar with. As a Tarot Consultant, I have trained and studied their imagery and associated meanings, & am therefore in a position to interpret the cards selected. 

• The oracle card interpretations are a co-collaboration with the artists of the creators of the deck & are expressed in tandem with my own intuitive downloads & perceptions.  

•  I do not perform readings for minors (under 18)  

• I do not invoke or remove spells or curses.  

• I reserve the right to refuse any potential client or to terminate a reading at any time.  
   

Cancellation & Payment Policy  

Tarot Readings & HeartMath:

1. All sessions are to be paid for beforehand via PayPal or an e-transfer. (Alternate forms of e-payment can be arranged using Cash App or Venmo) (Note: For all 'In-Person Meetings/Readings,' payment will be collected at site prior to service.) 
2. Policy on lateness, cancellation & No-shows: Although I strongly discourage rescheduling a 4-week HeartMath session, I understand that life happens.  I ask that you do your best to make the full commitment.  If for some reason you can't make a session, you can communicate with me 48 hours before a scheduled session to work something else out by calling or e-mailing me. I will allow a 10-minute grace period before declaring a 'no-show.' No-shows do not get refunds.
3. Policy for In-Person Meetings/Readings: I ask that clients arrive a few minutes prior to the reading to handle payments. For whatever reason, if you are unable to make your commitment & need to cancel, please be courteous & give me as much notice as possible.
4. My intention is to offer a safe & healing experience in alignment with the highest good. I am always in the process of growing & gaining experience. If you are unsatisfied with your reading, please contact me to discuss your experience. 
5. All sales final. No refunds for services rendered.

Tarot & Oracle Readings:

1. You have fully read & agreed to the Code of Ethics page as well as the Tarot page & are familiar with my reading style, question phrasing, & mentor-ship approach.
2. After purchasing a reading, & you have downloaded & submitted the 'Client Consent' & 'Tarot Intake' form, & we have conversed via e-mail or phone on your goals/concerns, you will receive an e-mail with your reading.  The e-mail will include detailed pictures of your spread & an audio link to download. (We use a third-party hosting site: ufile.io to download your audio link, included in your email) I recommend setting aside some undivided attention & time to listen with your Heart to the messages coming through to you from Spirit. This formatting allows you to stop, rewind, fast forward, journal, or meditate on the reading to gain the maximum benefit.
3. Allow 3-5 days for your reading to be delivered.  If for some reason I find it will extend beyond that date I will do my best to communicate that to you to meet your needs.
4.  For In-Person Readings/Meetings, we have communicated an appointment date & time where payment will be collected in full prior to service, you have read my Code of Ethics, Client Consent, & Tarot Intake form. (No audio recordings offered for in-person readings, but you are welcome to take pictures of your spread)

HeartMath Intro & 4 Week Session:

1. You have fully read & agreed to the Code of Ethics page as well as the HeartMath page & are familiar with my style, question phrasing, & mentor-ship approach.
2. After 'Client Consent Form' & payment for Intro/4 Week Session has been submitted & we have conversed via e-mail or phone on your goals/concerns we will arrange a time to meet via Zoom for approximately one hour, once a week for 4-5 weeks. (Or one intro session/supplement session) *Client must have access to Zoom & an internet connection.
3. The meeting code will be sent to your e-mail inbox, so be sure to check your spam folder.
4. Prior to the first Mentoring session, I will e-mail you the full course of worksheets & documents necessary for the 4 weeks. I ask that you simply print them out in order, prior to our first meeting. **Please refrain from looking ahead & completing any forms until assigned. (Intro/supplemental HeartMath sessions come with one technique. That handout will be emailed at this time.)
